  • While every policy is different, most insurance policies have a copay or co-insurance for rendered services. If your policy has a deductible you may be subject to deductible.

    As a courtesy, our team will work diligently to verify your insurance benefit PRIOR to your first visit so you have a better understanding of your individual financial responsibility.

    Payment is due at time of service

  • Be prepared to move a lot during your initial evaluation. We suggest choosing clothing that is easy to move around in.

    If you have shoulder pain, make sure to wear a shirt that allows access to your shoulder. If you have hip pain, knee pain, or ankle pain consider wearing shorts or loose fitting pants that allow for access to the affected area.

  • Massachusetts is considered a direct access state, meaning our in house Doctors of Physical Therapy can diagnose and treat your injury without a doctors prescription.

    However, some insurance policies will require a script on file for treatment.

  • Patients can expect each appointment to be approximately an hour from check in to check out.

    Note, your first visit may be a bit longer to ensure the establishment of an appropriate plan of care with your therapist
