Brianna Cassidy

Brianna is a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer with a deep passion for helping others feel strong, confident, and connected through movement. She believes in the power of breath to foster a deeper mind-body connection and guides her students with a light-hearted, supportive energy.

With additional certifications as a Reiki practitioner and sound practitioner, she brings a well-rounded understanding of holistic wellness to her teaching. Whether leading a dynamic flow or a grounding strength session, she creates an uplifting space where people can move freely, challenge themselves, and leave feeling refreshed and empowered.

Sebastian Chalela

Sebastian is a personal trainer, nutritionist, and transformation specialist with a strong foundation in Martial Arts. He studies and teaches Japan’s Bujinkan system, which integrates nine traditional combat schools. In addition, he is a certified instructor in Hatha Yoga, AeroYoga, and meditation.

Sebastian’s training sessions are dynamic, engaging, and designed to be both fun and effective. His well-rounded workouts combine cardio, resistance training, and mobility to support your overall fitness and well-being.

Christine Derrickson

Christine Derrickson has been coaching group fitness with Crossroads PT & Wellness since 2021. She strives to create an inclusive and empowering atmosphere in her classes. With a focus on motivation and proper technique, she ensures participants of all fitness levels feel supported in reaching their goals–whether looking to build strength, improve endurance, or simply enjoy a fun and engaging workout. Christine has a Group Fitness Instructor certification with the American Council on Exercise (ACE), as well as a BA and MBA from Boston College.
